Born in Seattle Washinton, Robert developed a love for music early on and began piano lessons at age six. After years of private study he spent his time in high school in the jazz band and local R&B groups with his now legendary classmate Kenny G. After high school he attended the University of Washington and the Cornish Institute of Allied Arts in Seattle. Later re-locating to the East coast he attended The New England Conservatory of Music and eventually ended up living and working in New York for the next decade. A call from an old friend and a whirlwind run has since landed Robert back in his home town where he has been a student of Emmy Award winning compooser Hummie Mann's PNW Film Scoring Program between dates with the "G" band and various recording projects and live performances.
